Our client is a medical device start-up based in the Rocky Mountain West. They are currently seeking a Director of Quality & Regulatory Compliance to join their team.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of regulatory affairs & quality assurance experience in the medical device industry
• Proven experience building & managing a RA/QA function in a start-up or small company environment (hands-on, individual contributor)
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience, including hiring & building a team, and managing communication to various stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge and experience with quality systems regulations and guidelines, ISO, cGMP, and FDA regulatory requirements

Salary: $132K to $153K base plus bonus & equity
